Fine Piece of Ass

Saw this baby on the road last night.
I'm not much of a Benz fan, but this thang made my knees weak.
It's got a very solid, fine piece of ass.
Look at it, it's SO FINE!
I'm so mesmerised with its behind so much, that the front, and sides don't matter anymore.

Cool Jobs

Kay, here are top three cool jobs (in random order, of course) people I know have.
Yah, only three, cos that's the exact no. of people whom I know have cool jobs. hurhurhur

1. Car designer

2. Buyer for LVMH

3. PR to Silverchair

I think the one that earns the most is the car designer.
And the one that gets loads of freebies is the buyer.
Would lurve to have a job that entitles me to loads of freebies. Cos, it's a case of who needs money when you can get 'em for free! :o)

Moo-ving Along

Have you seen the cows lately?
They are everywhere!
Find an empty patch of land with grass, and most likely you'll see the colorful cows.
They're so cute!
They've even got pink ones in Chinatown.
So cute!
Must, must take a pic with 'em soon.
I think it's a really good idea (the cows)
Whose idea is it anyway?

On another note,
Didn't think I'd make it, but I GOT IT!
So, step aside, Life Sciences (second love),
HELLO Performing Arts (first and abandoned love)!
My music certs didn't go to waste after all.
Yeah, yeah I'll probably switch back to the Sciences when I get bored with Performing Arts.
But in the meantime, limelight and spotlights please!

Next on the to-do list:
The Great Outdoors.
One diving certificate, please!

When I'm done with my to-do list, then you can call me Miss All-Rounder kay.

I'm a horribly lazy person.
I don't hand-wash my clothes, even though it's clearly stated on the back of the label:
'Hand wash in cold water';
'Wash separately';
'Do not tumble dry';
Hellooo, like that's a LOT of clothes to hand-wash.
Helloooo, like, it's not like I wash my clothes everyday.
Tsk.
Yah, I can really imagine my clothes wailing to get out of the washing machine every time I stuff them in.
Like who really hand-washes their clothes?
Hands up, please?

Aftermath

I was early. Which is good.
Had a bit of warming-up before the real thing.
On an upright one. Have always been practicising on an upright one.
My time came.
Walked into the studio and saw what was in front of me.
Oh Gawd. Please, NO.
Two grands, and not an upright in sight.
I wanted to run. Run and cry.
A grand is cruel.
Every tiny mistake gets amplified no matter how hard you try to subtley snuff it out.
I'm so dead. So, so dead.
Played my pieces like a feotus.
I even screwed up my last cadences.
Fortunately for me, I can be saved by my perfect pitch and aural awareness.
Phew.
*fingers crossed*

Almost There

Am all nervous.
It's tomorrow. In less than 12 hours.
They're just gonna see right through me.
I'm not up to standard.
Not the standard that I was more than a decade ago.
I can't possibly get that good.
I needed years of practicising to get that good.
Not in just slightly over a week.
This is insane.
1000hrs - Practical
1400hrs - Theory
Not in just slightly over a week.
Crap.

Mugshot Attempt I

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

I didn't know a self-portrait mugshot would be so hard.
This, I swear, does not even look close to what I look like. Save for the split chin that I tried to recreate. haha. I look a like a guy. Oh, like that's a huge surprise *rolls eyes*
Think it's so easy?
Go try your right hand (or left) and mouse here!
Of course, you don't have to do a self-portrait. You can always do someone you love. Or someone you hate, and then print it out and throw darts or splinters at it or something.
Your call.

Print to Screen

" I decided to give Grace's body to Rosa Leightman - even down to her smallest, most idiosyncratic features, including the childhood scar on her kneecap, her slighly crooked left incisor, and the beauty mark on the right side of her jaw."
Oracle Night by Paul Aster

If I hadn't known better, I swear the author was describing me. heh.
I got the scar on my kneecap when I was thrown off my bicycle and landed on dried dog shit. Those hard dried things scraped the skin off my kneecap and I had to boldly cut the dangly bits off with a pair of scissors. (eeew factor = 8!). As for the slightly crooked left incisor, it's all the result of having no space in my mouth. Those who know me would know that the whole front top teeth are kinda 'pushed in' ala Billy Corgan. So it's no surprise that the incisors aren't exactly straight either. And the beauty mark, aka tahi lalat. It's a mole lah! MOLE! I wouldn't call it a beauty mark cos it's at the jaw, and it can hardly be seen. Unless of course I pull up the skin from my jaw and then the beauty mark will be at my right cheek. heh.

Kay kay, print to screen moment.
Hallmark's gonna show The Five People You Meet in Heaven! I watched the snippets last night, and it's really how I imagined it to be. Everything. I remember when I was reading it I'd imagined how everything would look like. Even his wife. Even the fairground that he worked at. And it looked exactly the same in the show (the snippets, lah).

Anyway, I first came across Mitch Albom's work when I watched the screen version of Tuesdays with Morrie, starring Hank Azaria and the late Jack Lemmon (excellent choice of cast, I might add).

I cried. Like nobody's business.

I wasn't even intending to watch the show, I was channel surfing when I kept going back to that channel and it took me away. I mean I'm a sucker for this kinda shows. Y'know, human goodness and stuff like that. And it's a true story somemore so yah lah I cried. Back then, I didn't even know it was originally a book. Then, like years later, I went to a bookstore and I saw a book with the title Tuesdays with Morrie and I was like is that the same show I watched? Bought it, bought Five People as well. And lemme tell u something...the book made me cry too. Cos it's just so heartwarming.

Have you read a good book lately?
Recommend me some..I've run out of books to read. I'm one of those who get attracted to nice covers. I might just be missing out on really good books with not-so-nice covers. Yah, I'm shallow that way.
