hair today gone in 24 hours

was washing my hands at one of the washrooms over at bugis when i heard a really loud and persistent 'PSSSSSSSST!!!!!'. i looked over to my right and took a second take.
it was veronica!! and she was waving frantically and 'psst'-ing at the same time. haha.
y'know archie's veronica? this one looks exactly like the comic character.
the only difference is that this veronica has sinced coloured her hair and looked paler. was kinda excited to see her again after about almost a year.
anyway, i mentioned her hair and she went on to tell me that she's been losing hair. she lost so much hair that she got very worried and went to see the doctor.
i had to ask her how much hair she was losing, because i do experience hair loss when my hair is of a certain length.
she told me that she started panicking when she realised there was too much hair left in her palms when she shampoos.
scary mary!
and the doc told her that it's due to diet, stress, blabla. the normal culprits.
i've got thick hair, and i'm always thinning it when i go have my hair trimmed. but it gets worrying when you've got friends who're already losing their hair.
i read somewhere that women will usually don't lose that much hair (like a guy) cos of the presence of some female hormones.
so i've been counting on my hormones to not let me down. heh.
of course i'll eat properly and exercise and not have too much stress.
it's just scary.
