metal rocks

i have to admit, these chunks of metal rock!
i had way too much fun!
i can't wait for this friday. correction, i can't wait for fridays.
it's the only day i look forward to.
anyway, a renowned javanese gamelan player (who's based in the states) will be in school to tune the gamelan instruments for three days straight.
i didn't even know they need to be tuned.
what to do, the closest encounters i had with the gamelan was when i watched barongan dances in bali.
nevertheless, i'll try to sneak pics of the tunings.
it is after all a once of a lifetime chance of watching an expert tuning them.
i'll probably forget to bring the cam on friday, but we'll see.
